Welcome to Idle Bank. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Idle Bank mobile application and related services provided by Dor Cohen ("Dorco Studios", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Idle Bank app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.
Idle Bank is an idle/tycoon simulation game provided strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
All in-game currency, cash, Gold Shares, and any other virtual items or balances have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or any other item of value outside the app, and are not redeemable.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Dor Cohen, Dorco Studios, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on this page.
